  Sad excuse for a police dept. Obviously Officer Vanderlinden can't tell the difference between a white pickup and a white SUV. My vehicle was impounded which is a violation of my constitutional rights (4th amendment) because I was illegally pulled over. Your not police officers, your a bunch of corrupt extortionists preying on Innocent people like me. One officer said i was stopped because someone called in an illegally parked vehicle. Which is a lie. I was parked legally and only parked for less then a minute. So his reason sounded pretty lame. There were 3 cops that gave me 2 different reasons why I was stopped. Cliffords report was very inaccurate as to where he was when he seen me. It's impossible for him to see me where he said he was sitting. So that is a lie all in itself. But since he has a badge he thinks he can lie and get away with it.

  My opinion is Clifford knew he had no right to stop me. The report i wanted to see was made up to cover his ass. Nobody can sit at the intersection he said he was at and see where I was because of the curve in the road and houses in the way. So that statement alone is nothing but a made up story. Officer Clifford Vanderlinden is a crooked, dishonest extortionist. This mess cost me $822 in all, and I didn't even break any law to be stopped.

  Even if the 911 call did happen, it was for a white Ford pickup truck, not a white ford SUV. Ask any 3rd grader and they'll know the difference. But Clifford cant.

  To prove he wasn't lying about the 911 call, he should have let me hear it. But since it probably doesn't even exist, he can't prove what he did was illegal when I was stopped.
